The title of your blog intrigued me because I love anything fitness. I gained 45 lbs during my second pregnancy, regardless of the fact that I didn't have an increased appetite AND I was stairstepping on Mt. Kiliminjaro, level 10 for 20 minutes every single day up until a week before I had the baby! Seventeen months later, I am finally back down to pre-pregnancy weight, and it has not been easy. I eat well and work out hard--running 10k's, doing Jillian Michaels, P90X, and other similar workouts almost daily. Thank God I love working out. :) I am looking forward to stopping by again sometime--I think this is a great blog!
